Hi everyone. I am so excited this morning I woke up with NO headache. I started the course 4 days ago. I have had Lyme- insomnia, pain and fatigue. But my daughter who is 16 has also had Lyme she was so sick we nearly lost her 4 years ago. Her symptoms are much better but she is stuck with chronic fatigue and insomnia. She cant leave her room much. I did the course to see if it would help her. I will keep going and then see how to persuade her to do it.
